Stopping HB 5510 – Abortion Discussions on Social Media
Bill HB 5510 is being heard in the Texas legislature. The bill aims to criminalize providing abortion related aid to people, including sharing of information online regarding abortion in any capacity. Although this is in the Texas legislature, the bill aims to be able to prosecute even those outside of Texas for providing abortion care OR information. Please get in touch with any family, friends, or people you know in Texas so that they are aware of what’s going on. If you would like to know how to get involved, please visit the following link.
