Stopping HB 5510 – Abortion Discussions on Social Media

Bill HB 5510 is being heard in the Texas legislature. The bill aims to criminalize providing abortion related aid to people, including sharing of information online regarding abortion in any capacity. Although this is in the Texas legislature, the bill aims to be able to prosecute even those outside of Texas for providing abortion care OR information.
