The 2024 Rummage Sale UU Fund-raiser – Start Collecting Items!

It is not too early for UUFoL members and friends to begin thinking about how they can make the October 26 fund-raising sale a success. You can begin by collecting items they no longer need or want, as well as by asking family and friends for donations.  Donations can include household items for kitchen and bath, home décor, linens, tools, toys, sporting goods, musical instruments, jewelry and fashion accessories, antiques and collectibles, and small furniture pieces.  All donations must be clean and in good working order. The event will be held at Jockey Lot.  More information will follow next week.

All proceeds from this sale will go to this year’s operating budget.  For more information, contact Chris Menard.

    LAST SUNDAY’S POTLUCK
Here we are, enjoying food and drink and fellowship.

We had an agreeable session of stamping and writing postcards here at church last Sunday after potluck.

    THE INN MINISTRY
Because of Hurricane Francine, we went to the Inn on Monday instead of Tuesday.  Many of the new folks get great benefit from Janet’s wealth of knowledge, her list of resourses and her insightful suggestions.
