This Sunday, we will have a guest Minister, Rev. Melaine Morel-Ensminger, who will be performing a Child Dedication Ceremony for Arthur Headley. She will then lead the congregation in a short service, "The Secret of Joy."

The Reverend Melanie Morel-Ensminger has served UU congregations in Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, New Zealand, and New Jersey, since her ordination at First UU Church New Orleans in 1993. She has preached with us before, but it has been several years since. Partially retired, she currently is the part-time Consulting Minister for Our Home Universalist Unitarian Church in Ellisville, Mississippi, and is working with the Panama City, Florida congregation on recovering from Hurricane Michael. She is married to Eric, a professional trumpet player in New Orleans. They have 2 adult children and a grandson who all live too far away from them.
