ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The Inn Ministry is especially asking for donations of fresh produce, especially fruit, such as apples and oranges, but vegetables, also.  They continue, as always, to need milk and protein and cash donations for the much-needed bus passes.

This Sunday, October 15th we will hold our monthly Pot Luck. Please stay and eat with us.


On Sunday Oct. 29 we will remember our loved ones with a Day of the Dead Service. Please consider creating a simple Memory Board . Those who wish can give a brief [1-2 minutes] explanation of what the Memory Board symbolizes.


Saturday Oct. 14 is Election Day. Please consider giving rides to the polls to friends and family.


On October 21, there will be a state wide UU event in Baton Rouge.


Bridging the Gap: Truthful Conversations & Racial Healing on Saturday, October 14

in Alexandria, LA at 10 am- 12 noon at St. James Episcopal Church. This is an event to help promote racial healing.
