THE INN MINISTRY: We had another busy Tuesday.  Another bus pass given to a family with young children for the father who lost his ride to work. They were very grateful.  The stories continue to be heartbreaking.  But the courage, determination and resilience are inspiring.  The food, clothing, bus passes really make a difference for these folks.  Thanks for all the help from this congregation.
“The Gathering” Discussion Group met on August 18.  As always, it was an enriching experience.  Join us for the next meeting of “The Gathering” on Sunday, Sept. 15, right after the service.  Bring a brown bag lunch.  The Gathering meets on the third Sunday of each month.
